Andrea Lee has the chance to snap a three-fight skid on May 15th when paired against Antonina Shevchenko. The new addition to a UFC card was reported by Nolan King and Mike Bohn of MMA Junkie.
The fight has been added to a lineup that does not have a known location currently.
Lee has struggled for the past year, dropping decisions to Joanne Calderwood, Lauren Murphy and Roxanne Modafferi. The 32-year-old flyweight had a fair amount of momentum before her current skid, as she had three UFC wins along with four previous wins on the regional scene.
Shevchenko has alternated between wins and losses since entering the UFC in 2018. She has the chance to break that pattern in this bout, as she is returning after a stoppage victory against Ariane Lipski in November.
UFC’s May 15th card does not have a current main event. Here are the four fights that have joined the lineup so far.
Bout 4: Gina Mazany (7-4) vs. Priscila Cachoeira (9-3) (Flyweight)
Bout 3: Katlyn Chookagian (15-4) vs. Viviane Araujo (10-2) (Flyweight)
Bout 2: Alex Perez (24-6) vs. Matt Schnell (15-5) (Flyweight)
