UFC’s decade-long absence from Macau will come to an end soon.
A “Fight Night” card from the 16,000-capacity Galaxy Arena has been scheduled for November 23rd, marking the promotion’s fourth appearance in the special administrative region of China.
The top MMA fight promotion has visited Macau three times in the past, although their last trip to the region dates all the way back to August 2014. In the headliner of that card, now-retired UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping overcame Cung Le.
The Galaxy Arena is a new venue inside the notable Galaxy casino in Macau. The venue just opened in 2021, mainly being utilized as a concert hall.
