Two Kickboxing Bouts Added To Shooto’s July 12th Show

Two kickboxing matchups were booked for Shooto’s July 12th show on Thursday. The two bouts are being held in partnership with the All Japan New Karatedo Federation.

A 55 kilogram (121-pounds) matchup between Shoa Arii and Tatsuma Kinosada is the first of the two pairings.

Arii’s notable wins come from appearances in promotions RISE and ONE Championship. His win in ONE came through the promotion’s studio-series of fights, the “Warrior Series.”

Kinosada comes into the fight with an identical 2-1 kickboxing record, however, he doesn’t have the name-recognition Arii has obtained through competing in high-level promotions.

Keito Naito and Takuro will be put up against eachother in the other bout. Naito comes into action with a negative 4-6 record in kickboxing, with his notable fights being losses in the SHOOT BOXING promotion. Takuro has 3-2 record, having earned a few of his wins in RISE kickboxing.
