Finishing off the seven-fight preliminary card on Saturday for UFC, Khaids Ibragimov fought Roman Dolidze. Here’s how the light heavyweight battle went.
Bout 7: Khadis Ibragimov (8-2) vs. Roman Dolidze (6-0) (Light Heavyweight)
The first few minutes of the fight saw close striking that had Dolize advancing on Ibragimov. Ibragimov slipped in the fourth minute and landed on his back on the ground. Dolidze landed some kicks to the legs before the referee stood them up. In the final minute of the round, Dolidze dropped Ibragimov with a knee to the head. After a few follow-up punches the referee stepped in and ended the fight.
RESULT: Roman Dolidze def. Khadis Ibragimov via KO, Knee (RD 1, 4:15)
