The first bout for a UFC show on November 7th has been set, as Sarah Moras will take on fellow bantamweight Vanessa Melo. News of the booking was first broken by Guilherme Cruz and Mike Heck of MMA Fighting.
A win for Melo is important in November, as her three previous fights have all been losses. Her most recent loss was her first fight of 2020, losing to Karol Rosa via decision. The Brazilian fighter has yet to get a win in her UFC career.
Moras will aim to bounce back from a singular loss, as she came up unsuccessful against Sijara Eubanks in May. Her previous fight was a win, defeating Liana Jojua at UFC 242.
