UFC veteran Darren Elkins has been paired with Eduardo Garagorri for the upcoming November 7th UFC card. The matchup was first reported by Raphael Marinho of Combate.
Garagorri will attempt to come back from his first loss as a pro, which he took last November to Ricardo Ramos. The fight before then was his UFC debut, where he took a unanimous decision victory over Humberto Bandenay.
Garagorri was scheduled to fight on September 19th, although a cornerman of his testing positive for COVID-19 took him out of his bout against Mirsad Bektic.
He now faces Elkins, who has fought a total of 22 times in the UFC. Elkins will try to get his first win since early 2018 in the bout. Elkins has dropped four-in-a-row, most recently losing a decision to Nate Landwehr in May.
