Starting Saturday’s five-fight card, Dequan Townsend attempted to break a three-fight streak of losses against undefeated Dusko Todorovic. Their fight went like this.
Bout 7: Dequan Townsend (21-11) vs. Dusko Todorovic (9-0) (Middleweight)
Todorovic went into a clinch after connecting with a left hook to Townsend. He landed another punch as they left the clinch. Downsend landed a series of punches to Todorovic while backing up in the second minute of the fight. Todorovic landed numerous punches in the fourth minute that were landing clean and wobbling Townsend.
Todorovic secured a takedown in the second minute of the second round. Todorovic moved into full mount, unleashing punches from the position. Townsend was hit with a few dozen punches before the referee intervened.
RESULT: Dusko Todorovic def. Dequan Townsend via TKO, Strikes (RD 2, 3:15)
