Chris Gruetzemacher will make his return on October 31st, being paired with Alexander Hernandez for a UFC “Fight Night” card. News of the matchup was first reported by Cole Shelton of BJPenn.com.
The fight will be Gruetzemacher’s first since April of 2018. He was last scheduled to fight in 2019, although injury forced him out of his last appearance.
Hernandez fought last May, losing in the second round to Drew Dober. The lightweight prospect last won in July of 2019, defeating Francisco Trinaldo via decision.
The October 31st card now has 12 fights scheduled in total. While the event has not been announced by the UFC, it is expected to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
