Umar Nurmagomedov has dropped off of Saturday’s UFC pay-per-view due to a flu, per the fighter’s Instagram. The absence of Nurmagomedov leaves Sergey Morovoz without a fight for the card.
Nurmagomedov, 24, was set to make his UFC debut after a 12-fight undefeated run as a pro. His last fight was in November, stopping Braian Gonzalez with a rear naked choke. He has previously appeared in American promotion PFL as well.
Morozov was also scheduled to make his UFC debut. The former M-1 Bantamweight Champion was looking to come into the promotion after a five-fight streak of wins.
