Cody Stamann Taken Out of December 5th Fight Against Merab Dvalishvili

Merab Dvalishvili has lost an opponent for his December 5th UFC card, as Cody Stamann has been pulled from the bout. News of Stamann’s departure from the card was first reported by Giorgi Kokiashvili.

The fight has dropped off of a card that is expected to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

While it is not confirmed whether Dvalishvili will get a replacement, reports say the UFC is currently looking for a new opponent for him.

Stamann was looking to bounce back from a loss to Jimmie Rivera from July.

Should Dvalishvili find an opponent for his fight, he will enter on a five-fight tear. His last win was at UFC 252, defeating John Dodson in a dominating performance.

The headlining bout for the December 5th is currently scheduled to be between middleweights Jack Hermansson and Darren Till.
