Two fights have been added to UFC’s last event of the year, which is set to happen on December 19th from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Matt Schnell vs. Tyson Nam
Flyweights Matt Schnell and Tyson Nam will fight on the card, per a report from Nolan King of MMA Junkie.
The fight will be Nam’s attempt to finish the year with a third-straight win. Nam got his first UFC victory in June, stopping short-notice opponent Zarrukh Adashev in 32 seconds. He returned in September with a win over Jerome Rivera.
Schnell will return in the fight after just under a year’s absence from competition. His last fight was a loss to Alexandre Pantoja in 2019. The loss broke a four-fight streak of since obtained from 2017 to 2019.
Rick Glenn vs. Carlton Minus
Scheduled for his first fight since 2018, Rick Glenn will fight Carlton Minus on the December card.
Glenn last fought in November of 2018, losing a decision to Kevin Aguilar. The fight was his sixth within the UFC.
Minus lost his UFC debut in August to Matthew Semelsberger. Prior to then, Minus had an extensive career in Alaska FC.
