Saturday’s UFC “Fight Night” card has earned another bout in the 11th hour, as a match between Giga Chikadze and Jamey Simmons will take place. The fight was first reported by Giorgi Kokiashvili.
The fight joins a card scheduled to take place from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
The fight will give Chikadze an attempt to earn his fourth UFC win in 2020. His last fight was a month ago, beating previously undefeated Omar Morales via decision.
The only fighter on the UFC roster that currently has four wins in 2020 is Kevin Holland.
The fight will be the UFC debut for Jamey Simmons, who has nine fights as a pro. His last bout was in October, defeating Shawn West on a regional card.
Saturday’s card is currently scheduled to have a light heavyweight main event between Thiago Santos and Glover Teixeira. Here’s the updated card.
