UFC fighter has been given a six-month suspension by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency following a test collected in June. The suspension takes him out of competition until December of 2020.
USADA announced the suspension on Friday, mentioning that Barriault was suspended due to testing positive for ostarine. However, his suspension was lowered to six months after the program found “no evidence of intentional use.”
Barriualt snapped a three-fight skid in his last fight, stopping Oskar Piechota in the second round of action at a June “Fight Night” card. The former TKO two-division Champion has four fights in the UFC from 2019 to the present.
