A matchup between undefeated welterweight Sean Brady and Jake Matthews could be added to a March 6th UFC card. The UFC is looking to add the fight to their card, per a report from Mike Heck of MMA Fighting.
Should the fight be booked, it would join a card that does not have a location announced at the moment.
Brady, a former CFFC champion, has kept his unblemished record through three fights in the UFC. His most recent victory came against Christian Aguilera in August. The win was Brady’s first finish victory since fighting on the regional scene.
Brady recently withdrew from a December booking against Belal Muhammad for undisclosed reasons.
While not undefeated, Matthews is on a similar three-fight win streak in the UFC. The third win in his current trio came in September, where he won a decision over UFC veteran Diego Sanchez.
