Ranked middleweights Darren Till and Marvin Vettori are scheduled to meet in a UFC main event on April 10th. First reported by Brett Okamoto of ESPN, the fight will headline a card that does not have a confirmed location currently.
The fight will be a big challenge for Vettori, who has been rising through the 185-pound division throughout the past two years. Vettori earned what is easily the biggest win of his career in December, defeating Jack Hermansson via decision after five rounds.
Till will look to return from his first loss at middleweight. Till lost a main event in July to former champ Robert Whittaker. The loss for Till was only his second bout after making the move up from welterweight.
The fight between Till and Vettori will take place only a week before another high-level middleweight bout between Robert Whittaker and Paulo Costa.
