UFC Looking To Book Danaa Batgerel vs. Kevin Natividad For UFC 261

UFC are looking to book a fight between Danaa Batgerel and Kevin Natividad for their April 24th pay-per-view event. The potential matchup was first reported by Sergio Pineiro of FighterPath earlier in the month.

Should the bout become official, it would join the UFC 261 lineup, which does not have a confirmed location at the moment.

Natividad is looking to return after an unsuccessful promotional debut last year. The former LFA regular was stopped in his UFC debut, getting finished in the third round of action by Miles Johns. The loss broke a five-fight win streak.

Batgerel will be returning after a year outside of the cage. His last bout was in March, where he stopped Guido Cannetti with punches to earn his first UFC win.

Batgerel was scheduled to take on Kyler Phillips in October, although that plan was scrapped eventually.

News broke yesterday that UFC 261 is set to have UFC Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko in the main event against Jessica Andrade. Here is how the card looks currently.

Bout 4: Valentina Shevchenko (20-3) vs. Jessica Andrade (21-8) (UFC Flyweight Championship)

Bout 3: Chris Weidman (15-5) vs. Uriah Hall (16-9) (Middleweight)

Bout 2: Anthony Smith (34-16) vs. Jimmy Crute (12-1) (Light Heavyweight)

Bout 1: Danaa Batgerel (8-2) vs. Kevin Natividad (9-2) (Bantamweight)
