A lightweight clash between Vinc Pichel and Austin Hubbard has been booked for UFC’s August 21st event, per a report from Mike Heck and Damon Martin of MMA Fighting.
The bout joins a card that does not have a confirmed location currently.
Hubbard takes the booking against a UFC veteran after returning to the win column last month. The 29-year-old last fought in April, where he took a decision win over UFC newcomer Dakota Bush.
He now faces Pichel, who will walk into the cage on a two-fight win streak.
Pichel’s last win saw him defeat one of the most experienced fighters in UFC history, Jim Miller. The victory improved Pichel’s promotional record to six wins and two losses, a run he has slowly built upon since 2012.
The first two fights for UFC’s August 21st card were first reported last week. The lineup does not have a main event at the moment.
