Bantamweight winning streaks will collide on March 26th, as Montel Jackson and Danaa Batgerel will meet on a UFC card. The new pairing was confirmed by Jackson’s management team, Iridium Sports Agency, on Tuesday.
The matchup is part of a “Fight Night” card that is set to happen at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
Batgerel has strung together a strong winning streak whilst in the UFC. While he lost his promotional debut, he has since scored three first-round victories. His last appearance was in October, where he stopped Brandon Davis in just over two minutes with strikes.
Jackson also has momentum coming off a strong 2021. After finishing UFC newcomer Jesse Strader in March, he went the distance in September to beat JP Buys via decision.
