Singapore-based MMA promotion ONE Championship is planning on hosting a total of 24 events in 2022.
The complete schedule was revealed by the promotion this week in a press release. It includes two events for every month of the year, mostly adhering to a bi-weekly basis.
ONE Championship has held almost all of its events in Singapore since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is not known at the moment if the promotion plans to host events elsewhere as we get later into 2022, or if they will all remain at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Details about ONE Championship’s next few events are known. Their next show, “Heavy Hitters,” is scheduled to include a title fight between Bibiano Fernandes and John Lineker in the main event.
ONE Championship is also planning a large 10-year anniversary event titled “ONE X” for March 26th. Numerous title fights have been lined up for this show, including a bout between the returning Angela Lee and 115-pound Grand Prix winner Stamp Fairtex.
