UFC vet John Dodson is the latest high-profile name to sign onto bare-knuckle boxing promotion BKFC. The former flyweight title challenger’s signing with the promotion was announced last week via social media.
Dodson, 37, is now one of the many former UFC names to join BKFC. Notable names Ben Rothwell and Chad Mendes also recently reached contracts with the promotion.
Dodson fought in the UFC 17 times from 2011 to 2020. He has fought twice since departing the promotion two years back, winning and losing a bout in XMMA recently.
The date for Dodson’s first appearance in BKFC is not known at the moment.
