In a quick turnaround from his last fight, Brian Kelleher fought Cody Stamann at UFC 250. The fight went like this.

The first round started with close striking, as both fighters threw strikes although much didn’t connect. Stamann was constantly the fighter walking down his opponent. Stamann caught a leg kick, dumping Kelleher to the ground after. Kelleher was quick to get back up. Kelleher scored with some leg kicks near the end of the round.
After some striking from both fighters, Kelleher tried for a takedown in the first minute of the second round. He failed to bring the fight down, with the fighters separating shortly after. On the feet, Stamann continued to be the advancing fighter landing more strikes. The pace of strikes from both fighters sped up as this round progressed. They clinched up with just over two minutes to go. Stamann was able to land a combo of punches after they separated. Stamann got a takedown in the fourth minute of the fight. They got to their feet again after Kelleher got up.
Stamann swept Kelleher to start the final round. The final round saw the fast pace of striking from both fighters, however Kelleher wasd the aggressor more than ever. Kelleher was the fighter advancing more with punches in this round. Kelleher got a takedown in the last minute of the fight. Needing scorecards to find a victor, it went to Stamann via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27 & 30-27).
