Alex Munoz will make his UFC debut on August 8th, being matched up against Nasrat Haqparast. The lightweight matchup was first reported by Florian Salder and Kilian Gaffrey of Bild.de.
Munoz will head into his UFC bout with an undefeated streak on the line, as the Team Alpha Male fighter has picked up six wins since his 2015 debut.
Munoz got a win on the 2018 season of TV series “Dana White’s Contender Series” over Nick Newell, however, he was not offered a contract. He has fought once since then, defeating Troy Lamson via decision last October.
Haqparast had a three-fight winning streak broken in his last fight, being dropped by Drew Dober in the first round at UFC 246. The German fighter looks to bounce back in August.
