Rising flyweight Brandon Royval will return on November 21st when he faces Brandon Moreno. First reported by Cole Shelton of BJPenn.com, Royval will take his third fight since joining the UFC.
Royval replaces Alex Perez in the fight, who was moved up to a title shot on the card against Deiveson Figueiredo after injury forced Cody Garbrandt out of his booking.
Royval last fought in September, defeating Kai Kara-France in the second round with a guillotine choke. The fight won a “Fight of the Night” award for UFC 253.
Moreno will look for his third-straight win on the card. He has previously picked up victories over Kai Kara-France and Jussier Formiga.
