Only days after earning his UFC contract, Jared Vanderaa is being lined up to fight Serghei Spivac at UFC 256. First reported by Mike Heck of MMA Fighting, the UFC is looking to put the fight together for their December 12th event.
The event is expected to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Vanderaa earned his UFC contract on Tuesday, defeating Harry Hunsucker on “Dana White’s Contender Series.” The fight saw Vanderaa stop Hunsucker in the second minute with strikes.
Spivac returned to the win column in his last fight, getting a majority decision over Carlos Felipe in July. Spivac has won two of the four fights he has had in the UFC.
