A rematch between Chris Weidman and Uriah Hall has been added to the UFC’s February 13th card, per a report from Ariel Helwani of ESPN.
The location for the card is not known currently.
The rematch’s first fight dates back to 2010 when both Weidman and Hall were competing on the regional MMA scene. Weidman earned his third win as a pro in the fight, stopping Hall in the fourth minute with strikes. The bout was Hall’s first loss as a pro.
Hall won a main event fight in late October, defeating former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva in the fourth round with punches. He could defeat another former champion as well as avenge a previous loss in February.
Weidman returned to the win column in August, defeating Omari Akhmedov via decision. He had previously lost to Dominick Reyes and Jacare Souza in the two prior years.
Three fights are now booked for the February 13th date. Here’s the updated lineup.
Bout 3: Polyana Viana (11-4) vs. Mallory Martin (7-3) (Strawweight)
Bout 2: Maycee Barber (8-1) vs. Alexa Grasso (12-3) (Strawweight)
Bout 1: Chris Weidman (15-5) vs. Uriah Hall (16-9) (Middleweight)
