After an explosive return to the cage in November, Khaos Williams has been paired for a December 19th UFC show against a similarly flashy and damaging fighter in Michel Pereira. The fight was first reported by Brett Okamoto of ESPN.
Williams had a quick and damaging return to the cage on November 14th, stopping Abdul Razak Alhassan within a minute via knockout. Williams delivered a straight right in the opening moments that dropped Alhassan, putting him out cold.
Williams’ previous UFC fight was quick as well, stopping Alex Morono in only 27 seconds back in February.
Pereira has fought four times in the UFC since his 2019 pro debut. Through wins and losses, Pereira has been known for his entertaining and odd fighting style, often showboating with flips or rare moves.
He snapped a two-fight skid in his last bout, defeating Zelim Imadaev in the third round with a rear naked choke.
