Looking for his second-straight UFC win, Willian Knight will fight Alonzo Menifield on the promotion’s February 27th card. The fight was first reported by Nolan King and Mike Bohn of MMA Junkie.
The fight joins a card that currently does not have a location reported for it.
Knight made his UFC debut in September, winning over previously undefeated Aleksa Camur via decision. Knight earned his UFC contract earlier in the month, stopping Cody Brundage on “Dana White’s Contender Series.”
While he was undefeated heading into 2020, consecutive losses to Menifield has put him in a possible must-win situation in February. After dropping a decision to Devin Clark in June, Menifield lost in September to Ovince St. Preux.
The other fight announced for February 27th currently is a main event matchup between Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka.
