Three fighters that were scheduled to fight on December 5th have found a new home on UFC’s December 19th card. The fights join UFC’s end-of-year card from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Taila Santos will face Gillian Robertson on the card, and a bout between Jimmy Flick and Cody Durden has been moved to the date as well.
Both matchup changes were reported during UFC’s broadcast on Saturday night.
Santos was scheduled to fight on UFC’s December 5th card against Montana De La Rosa. Plans changed after a positive COVID-19 test came in.
Robertson has won her last two fights, defeating Poliana Botelho and Cortney Casey.
A fight between Durden and Flick was taken off of last Saturday’s card on short notice. Unlike the other two cancelled fights, theirs was not due to a COVID-19 test.
