Featherweights Charles Jourdain and Steve Garcia will meet at UFC’s March 13th “Fight Night” event. First reported by MMA Empire, the fight joins a card that does not have a location confirmed for it yet.
Both fighters will be looking for a win after not getting one in their last appearance.
Garcia lost his UFC debut in February of 2020, dropping a decision to Luis Pena. His last booking was against Peter Barrett in August, although the fight was thrown out after Garcia withdrew from the matchup.
Jourdain has not won in his last two outings. Most recently, Jourdain took a rare split draw in a fight against Joshua Culibao. Before then, he had a split decision loss to Andre Fili in June.
Jourdain’s last win was in December of 2019, where he stopped Doo Ho Choi in the second round with strikes.
