UFC Looking To Book Luis Saldana’s UFC Debut Against Jordan Griffin At April 10th Event

Luis Saldana is expected to make his UFC debut on April 10th against Jordan Griffin. First reported by MMA DNA, the fight will be Saladana’s first UFC fight after earning a UFC contract in 2020.

The fight joins a UFC “Fight Night” card that does not have a confirmed location at the moment.

Saldana earned his UFC contract in November, defeating Vince Murdock with strikes on TV show “Dana White’s Contender Series.” The win was Saldana’s fourth-straight win when including victories on the regional scene.

Saldana is being paired with Griffin, who is also a former participant in the “Contender Series.” Griffin has struggled since joining the UFC in 2018, as he currently holds a promotional record of one win and three losses.

Griffin’s last fight was in June of 2020, where he lost a decision to Youssef Zalal.

UFC’s April 10th event is currently scheduled to have a middleweight main event between Darren Till and Marvin Vettori. Here is the updated lineup for the card.
