A fight between Misha Cirkunov and Ryan Spann has found a new date, as it is now being scheduled for UFC’s March 13th “Fight Night” card. UFC announced the matchup on Thursday.
The light heavyweight bout will join a lineup that is set to take place at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
A bout between Cirkunov and Spann was first scheduled for a UFC event in December, although it was later cancelled after Cirkunov suffered an injury.
Cirkunov has been inactive for over a year now, with his last fight dating back to September of 2019. That fight, a win for Cirkunov, saw him catch Jimmy Crute within the first round via submission.
Spann took a loss in his last fight, getting stopped with strikes from Johnny Walker in September. His previous fight was a split decision victory against Sam Alvey at UFC 249.
