Bantamweights Nate Maness and Tony Gravely are expected to meet at UFC’s April 17th “Fight Night” card. Nolan King and Farah Hannoun of MMA Junkie were the first to report the matchup.
The fight between rising bantamweights joins a lineup that does not have a confirmed location at the moment.
Still in his rookie year in the promotion, Maness has seen nothing but success. The 29-year-old made his UFC debut in August, where won via decision and handed Johnny Munoz Jr. his first loss as a pro.
He returned in November to stop Luke Sanders in the second round with a rear naked choke.
Gravely will be taking the bout after earning his first UFC victory last year. He was favoured in a split decision back in November, defeating Geraldo de Freitas. Gravely’s prior fight was a stoppage loss against Brett Johns.
Middleweights Robert Whittaker and Paulo Costa are currently scheduled to headline UFC’s April 17th card. Here is the updated lineup.
