A previously cancelled bout between Gillian Robertson and Miranda Maverick has found a new home in UFC’s March 27th pay-per-view card. The new date for the flyweight bout was reported by Mike Heck of MMA Fighting on Wednesday.
The fight joins UFC 260, a lineup which is expected to happen at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
The bout was originally scheduled to take place on February 13th, although it was removed from a lineup after Robertson fell ill.
Robertson lost in her last appearance, dropping a decision to Taila Santos in December.
Maverick will return after having a successful UFC debut last year. The former Invicta FC fighter had her first UFC appearance in October, where she took Liana Jojua out after a round due to a doctor stoppage.
