Pannie Kianzad’s current win streak in the UFC will be tested on September 18th, as she will face Raquel Pennington on a “Fight Night” card. FrontKick was the first to report the matchup earlier this month.
The location for UFC’s September 18th card is not known currently.
While Kianzad has been on the UFC roster since 2018, she currently finds herself on a four-fight winning streak that started in late 2019. She last extended the win streak in June, defeating veteran Alexis Davis via unanimous decision.
From one veteran to another, Kianzad is now facing Pennington.
Pennington has been part of the UFC roster since 2013. She hasn’t fought in over a year now, with her last win being over Marion Reneau in June of 2020. The victory put Pennington back into the win column after losing to Holly Holm earlier in the year.
