A pair of matchups have been reported for UFC’s November 13th card. The new bouts join a show that does not have a confirmed location.
Letson To Make Return Against Spencer
Competing for the first time in nearly three years, Leah Letson will fight Felicia Spencer in a featherweight bout. Mike Heck and Damon Martin of MMA Fighting broke the story first.
Letson has only fought once in the UFC, defeating Julija Stoliranko via split decision in 2018. She took the fight after competing on Season 28 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” where she was eliminated in the semi-finals.
Letson was booked for two bouts in 2019 but had to withdraw from both.
The bout gives Spencer a chance to snap a two-fight losing streak. She last fought in May, dropping a split decision to Norma Dumont.
Spencer’s previous loss saw her go five rounds against UFC Featherweight Champion Amanda Nunes, losing via unanimous decision.
Anglin Looks For First UFC Win Against Woodson
Attempting to bounce back from a loss he took in his UFC debut, Collin Anglin will fight Sean Woodson at featherweight, per Nolan King and Farah Hannoun of MMA Junkie.
Anglin was stopped in his first UFC bout just two months back, getting caught in the second round with strikes from Melsik Baghdasaryan.
Anglin was joining the UFC roster after earning a contract through “Dana White’s Contender Series” last year.
Woodson has fought in the UFC three times and has a promotional record of two wins and one loss. He came back from his first pro loss in June, picking up a split decision win against Youssef Zalal.
