Sergei Pavlovich To Return Against Tanner Boser At December 4th UFC Event

Sergei Pavlovich is expected to make his first appearance in over two years when facing Tanner Boser at UFC’s December 4th event. Aaron Bronsteter of TSN reported the heavyweight matchup first.

The fight will take place at a UFC card that doesn’t have a confirmed location at the moment.

Pavlovich has been out of the UFC cage since October 2019. He has been pulled from two bookings in that time due to various reasons.

Most recently, Pavlovich was stopped from competing against Tom Aspinall in September due to visa issues.

Boser is coming off a stoppage victory he scored against veteran Ovince St. Preux in June. That victory snapped a two-fight skid that had developed over the past year for him.

Bantamweights Rob Font and Jose Aldo are currently expected to headline UFC’s December 4th card. Here is how the quickly growing lineup looks at the moment:

Bout 7: Rob Font (19-4) vs. Jose Aldo (30-7) (Bantamweight)

Bout 6: Rafael Fiziev (10-1) vs. Brad Riddell (10-1) (Lightweight)

Bout 5: Jimmy Crute (12-2) vs. Jamahal Hill (8-1) (Light Heavyweight)

Bout 4: Brad Tavares (19-6) vs. Brendan Allen (17-4) (Middleweight)

Bout 3: Matt Brown (23-18) vs. Bryan Barberena (15-8) (Welterweight)

Bout 2: Zhaglas Zhumagulov (14-5) vs. Manel Kape (16-6) (Flyweight)

Bout 1: Tanner Boser (20-8-1) vs. Sergei Pavlovich (14-1) (Heavyweight)
