Online streaming service UFC Fight Pass will continue to be the home of LFA for years to come. The platform recently announced an extension of its contract with the U.S. MMA promotion, making them their exclusive broadcast partner through 2025.
LFA first joined the UFC Fight Pass broadcasting lineup in November 2019, switching to the online service after previously airing on U.S. TV channel AXS TV.
They have since hosted 40 events on the platform, making them one of the most active programs on the subscription service.
The promotion notably remained active during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, filling the schedule of UFC Fight Pass with 11 events from July to October 2020. This surge of events was a big part of the service at the time, as many promotions were just figuring out their return plan and holding a few events in those months.
LFA, which was created in 2016 as part of a merger between Legacy FC and RFA, has been the home for rising MMA prospects in recent years. The promotion takes pride in the fact that many of their alumni have gone on to compete in promotions like UFC, Bellator, and PFL.
UFC Fight Pass currently includes a fair selection of regional-level MMA from across the world. Along with LFA, the service currently airs events from CFFC, Cage Warriors, Titan FC, Fury FC, and more.
