Rising Middleweight Andre Muniz To Face Uriah Hall At April 16th UFC Event

Andre Muniz will fight to keep his undefeated UFC run alive when facing veteran Uriah Hall on April 16th. The fight has joined a “Fight Night” card that doesn’t have a confirmed location at the moment, per Guilherme Cruz of MMA Fighting.

Muniz has scored four wins since joining the UFC roster in 2019. His biggest year in the promotion thus far was 2021, as he picked up first-round submission wins over Jacare Souza and Eryk Anders.

The booking for April is set to be the most challenging one yet for Muniz in his UFC run.

Hall is returning after taking a main event loss to Sean Strickland last year. That loss broke a four-fight winning streak that he had earned prior.

UFC’s April 16th show is currently scheduled to be headlined by ranked welterweights Vicente Luque and Belal Muhammad. Here’s the updated lineup:

Bout 7: Vicente Luque (21-7-1) vs. Belal Muhammad (20-3) (Welterweight)

Bout 6: Drakkar Klose (11-2-1) vs. Brandon Jenkins (15-8) (Lightweight)
