ONE Championship Reveals Full Nine-Bout Lineup For October 21st Prime Video Card

ONE Championship recently unveiled the full lineup for their third “Prime Video” event, which will include four MMA bouts in total.

The October 21st card from the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will be headlined by a 145-pound MMA title fight between John Lineker and Fabricio de Andrade.

The fight will be Lineker’s first appearance since earning the championship in March, scoring a second-round finish over Bibiano Fernandes to take the belt.

De Andrade will enter the bout with an undefeated five-fight winning streak since joining ONE in 2020. His last fight lasted just over a minute, stopping Kwon Won Il with strikes.

ONE To Crown First 170-Pound Muay Thai Champ

ONE Championship will crown a new Muay Thai champion, as Sinsamut Klinmee and Regian Eersel will fight to become the promotion’s first 170-pound titleholder.

Eersel is currently the kickboxing champion for ONE at the 170-pound weight class. He last defended his belt in April, going five rounds against Arian Sadikovic for a scorecard victory.

The upcoming fight marks the first time that Eersel will put on ONE’s smaller gloves for a fight.

Klinmee will be looking to keep a strong year going. He has found himself in a title position after picking up two finishes this year in Muay Thai rules, stopping Nieky Holzken and Liam Nolan.

135-pound Muay Thai talents Panpayak Jitmuangnon and Superlek Kiatmoo9 are also scheduled to meet on the main card. They both enter the bout on winning streaks in ONE.

Two Other MMA Bouts Set For Main Card

Undefeated 155-pound fighter Shamil Gasanov will make his ONE debut on the main card when he faces Kim Jae Woong.

ONE has recently used its “Prime Video” cards as a stage to showcase strong prospects joining the promotion. With a flawless record of 12 wins since debuting in 2014, Gasanov is another example of that.

Gasanov is coming off a submission win from March in ProFC. Before then, he defeated Bellator alum Akop Stepahnyan with a guillotine choke.

Kim will be aiming to bounce back from losing a title eliminator to Tang Kai earlier this year. He previously put together a pair of finish wins in the promotion.

The main card is scheduled to kick off with an MMA bout at 125-pounds. Searching for his fourth win of the year, Danial Williams will take on Jeremy Miado.

Williams has had an impressive 2022 thus far, scoring a trio of victories since February. His last win was rather fast, stopping Zhaxi Zelang in the first round with punches.

Miado is currently riding a three-fight winning streak, with all performances coming via finish. His last win was over Lito Adiwang in March due to an injury.

A total of nine fights are currently expected to take place during the “Prime Video” card in a few weeks. The prelims will be headlined by a grappling title fight between Kade Ruotolo and Uali Kurzhev.

The “Lead Card” will also include a fight between debuting Lea Bivins and Noelle Grandjean. Bivins first had her debut set for July but had it debuted up until now for unknown reasons.
