The fighters exchanged leg kicks to start. Lilly caught a leg kick for a takedown after. Lilly kept top position for the entire round, staying active enough for the referee to not stand them up.
Lilly scored a right hook early in the second round that hurt St. Louis. A few minutes later, an overhand right from Lilly dropped St. Louis. A few follow-up punches connected before the fight ended.
