Casey Kenney To Meet Alatengheili at UFC 253

Bantamweights Casey Kenney and Alatengheili have joined the still developing UFC 253 card set for mid-September. First reported by Farah Hannoun of MMA Junkie, the matchup becomes the fifth matchup reported for the show.

Kenney competed recently, catching Louis Smolka with a guillotine choke on a May “Fight Night” show. The win saw Kenney bounce back from his sole UFC loss which came against Merab Dvalishvili in February.

Entering his third fight in the UFC, Alatengheili has so far remained undefeated. Alatengheili won his first two fights in 2019, going to scorecards against Danaa Batgerel and Ryan Benoit. His streak of wins is four in total when including his two fights in South Korea back in 2018.
