The bout between Claudia Gadelha and Yan Xiaonan has a new date, as the bout is now scheduled for the UFC’s November 7th card. The bout’s new date was first reported by Raphael Marinho of Combate.
The matchup was first set for UFC 253 on September 26th, although a knee injury to Gadelha took her out of the matchup.
Xiaonan will look to extend her undefeated run in the UFC in November. Her five-fight run in the promotion has been flawless thus far, with the most recent of the series being a February decision victory over Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
Gadelha returned to action last May, picking up a split decision victory over Angela Hill. The victory was the second in a row for Gadelha, who also defeated Randa Markos on a card in the summer of 2019.
The fight joins a six-fight card set for November 7th, which is currently without a main event. Here are the six bouts scheduled for the show currently.
