A near three-year layoff from MMA will end for Antonio Braga Neto on December 19th, as he is scheduled to fight Deron Winn on a UFC card. Winn announced the bout on his Instagram on Tuesday.
Winn will look to end his two-fight losing streak in the bout. His most recent fight was in March, losing in the third round to Gerald Meerschaert via rear naked choke.
“I have made it a point to change and better many things in my life during the time off,” said Winn on Instagram.
Neto will also look to end a streak of losses, albeit the streak is from fights in 2014 and 2017. His last bout came in December of 2017, where he was stopped in the third round by Trevin Giles.
The fight is the first announced for the December 19th UFC card. The location of the event is not known currently.
