UFC Looking To Give Raoni Barcelos A Quick December 5th Turnaround Against Merab Dvalishvili

UFC is looking to put Raoni Barcelos back in action shortly after his last win, matching him against Merab Dvalishvili for a December 5th card. The fight was first reported by Guilherme Cruz and Mike Heck of MMA Fighting.

Should the fight be finalized, it will join a card that is scheduled to happen in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Barcelos won last weekend on a UFC “Fight Night” card, defeating Khalid Taha via decision. The bout was given the “Fight of the Night” award following the conclusion of the show.

Now five-fights deep into his UFC run, Barcelos has won all of his battles. Including fights he took prior to his UFC run, Barcelos currently has a nine-fight win streak.

Dvalishvili last competed in August, defeating John Dodson to extend his UFC win streak to five-in-a-row. He was first scheduled to fight Cody Stamann on the card, although the fight was scrapped after Stamann withdrew.
