Morgan Charriere will look to defend his Cage Warriors Featherweight Championship on March 20th when he fights Jordan Vucenic. The fight was announced for Cage Warriors 122 on Friday.
The bout is the first scheduled for a show that will take place at the York Hall in London, England. The Saturday card will be the last in a three-day trilogy of events being put on my Cage Warriors in March.
Charriere became the promotion’s featherweight champ last month, stopping Perry Andre Goodwin in the third round with a body shot to claim the vacant belt. Charriere entered the fight after two wins in 2019.
Vucenic finds himself in a title fight following a streak of wins. Vucenic is currently on a five-fight win streak that includes three victories in Cage Warriors. He took the undefeated record of Paul Hughes in December, taking a split decision win.
