ONE Championship has announced the full lineup for their “Unbreakable” event, which is set to air live on January 22nd. The event, which will have a live crowd of 250 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore, will be headlined by 145-pound kickboxing champion Alaverdi Ramazanov against Capitan Petchyindee Academy.
Ramazanov earned the ONE kickboxing belt in late 2019, defeating Zhang Chenglong via decision to take the belt. Prior to then, Ramazanov had a ONE record of three wins and two losses.
Capitan Petchyindee returns to ONE in the fight. His last ONE fight was in September, where he defeated Petchtanong Banchamek. He has since continued his win streak, earning two more wins in Muay Thai.
James Nakashima Looks To Bounce Back From Loss Against Shinya Aoki
The co-main event of the card will see MMA veteran Shinya Aoki return to flagship ONE programming in the co-main event against James Nakashima. Aoki’s last win was in September on a “Road To ONE” card, taking a decision over Kimihiro Eto. Aoki has won two fights since he lost his 170-pound belt to Christian Lee in 2019.
Nakashima returns after losing a title shot and being handed his first loss as a pro recently. Nakashima lost a fight to 185-pound MMA champ Kiamrian Abbasov in November, being stopped in the fourth round with strikes. Before then, Nakashima had numerous wins in ONE and LFA.
Rade Opacic Returns Against Patrick Schmid After December Win
Returning after a win just last month, Rade Opacic will fight Patrick Schmid in a kickboxing bout. Opacic, a former K-1 fighter, won his ONE debut in December against Errol Zimmerman, catching him in the second round with a spinning back kick. The fight will be Schmid’s first in ONE following a kickboxing career on the regional scene.
Gadzhimurad Abdulaev To Make ONE Debut Against Zebaztian Kadestam
Gadzhimurad Abdulaev will make his ONE debut on the card against Zebaztian Kadestam. Undefeated through five fights as a pro, Abdulaev picked up his last win on ONE’s “Warrior Series” show, defeating Carlos Prates via decision.
A three-fight win streak for Kadestam was dropped in his last fight, where Kiamrian Abbasov was able to defeat him on scorecards.
Meng Bo Aims To Continue Win Streak, Booked Against Samara Santos
Hoping to continue her win streak in ONE, Meng Bo will fight Samara Santos.
Bo earned her second-straight ONE win back in November, defeating Priscilla Gaol in the second round of action with strikes. The win was Bo’s second in ONE and continued a six-fight win streak that started outside of the promotion.
Santos enters the fight on a losing streak. Her last appearance was in 2019, where Ayaka Miura submitted her with an americana.
Hexigetu vs. Lito Adiwang Opens The Card
Hexigetu will fight Lito Adiwang to kick off the January 22nd card. Hexigetu enters the fight with the momentum of a three-fight win streak including a win against Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke in a split decision.
Adiwang’s last fight was his first loss since joining the ONE roster. Dropping a split decision to Hiroshi Minowa in November, Adiwang had a seven-fight win streak broken that included two flagship ONE wins and three on their “Warrior Series” show.
Other Fights To Air At Later Dates
Along with the fights that will air live on January 22nd, ONE has announced bouts that will happen at the event but be televised on January 29th and February 5th.
The January 29th card will have a heavyweight main event between Mauro Cerilli and Abdulbasir Vagabov. The co-main event will see the ONE debut of Oumar Kane, AKA “Reug Reug,” against Alain Ngalani.
