Jerome Rivera Replaces Denys Bondar In February 6th UFC Fight Against Ode Osbourne

Saturday’s UFC “Fight Night” card has received another change in its lineup, as Jerome Rivera will be replacing Denys Bondar in a fight against Ode Osbourne. UFC’s website reflected the matchup change on Tuesday.

The new matchup will take place during UFC’s event at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

It is not known currently why Bondar withdrew from his fight. The bout was set to be his UFC debut.

A fight between Rivera and Osbourne was first scheduled for a January 20th card, although it was removed from the lineup after Osbourne withdrew.

Rivera will look for his first win on Saturday. His first two UFC fights have resulted in losses, dropping fights to Tyson Nam and Francisco Figueiredo.

Rivera earned his UFC contract in the summer with a win against Luis Rodriguez on “Dana White’s Contender Series.”

Osbourne will be returning after losing his UFC debut to Brian Kelleher in January of 2020.
