A high-level featherweight bout between Hakeem Dawodu and Movsar Evloev has been booked for UFC’s June 12th pay-per-view event, per a report from MMA DNA.
The fight joins UFC 263, which does not have a confirmed location at the moment.
Dawodu will be wagering a long series of wins, and Evloev will attempt to protect his undefeated record.
Dawodu has been undefeated since mid-2018, currently riding a five-fight win streak. He earned his last win in September, where he picked up a close split decision victory against Zubaira Tukhugov.
Dawodu was scheduled to compete in January against Shane Burgos, although injury forced him out of the fight.
Evloev, a former M-1 Bantamweight Champion, will be attempting to earn his 15th pro win. The Russian talent has remained undefeated since joining the UFC, having picked up four wins now since entering the roster in 2019.
Evloev’s last win was in January, where he earned a split decision against UFC veteran Nik Lentz.
