Court McGee has the chance to break a three-fight losing streak when matched with Claudio Silva at UFC’s May 22nd card. The matchup was first reported by Carlos Antunes of AgFight, who reported the bout last week.
The bout joins a UFC lineup that does not have a confirmed location at the moment.
McGee has not won in two years now, with his last victory dating back to 2018 when he faced Alex Garcia. He has since fought to scorecard losses against Dhiego Lima, Sean Brady and Carlos Condit. What’s more, McGee has only won one out of his last six bouts.
Silva is also fighting after departing the win column, although the stakes aren’t as severe for him. The 38-year-old took his first UFC loss last year, losing a decision to James Krause. Silva had previously put together five wins since joining the UFC in 2014.
