Darrick Minner Looks To Continue Win Streak Against Darren Elkins At July 24th UFC Card

Darrick Minner will attempt to earn his third consecutive win when fighting Darren Elkins at UFC’s July 24th “Fight Night” card. News of the fight was first confirmed by Farah Hannoun of MMA Junkie.

The fight joins a UFC card that does not have a confirmed location at the moment.

Minner has picked up two wins since joining the UFC roster in 2020. He scored his first win in September, where he submitted TJ Laramie within a minute with a guillotine choke.

Minner returned in February, where he fought three rounds to defeat Charles Rosa via unanimous decision.

He now fights a UFC veteran in Elkins, who snapped a losing streak in his last fight.

Elkins last fought in November, where he finished Eduardo Garagorri in the third round with a rear naked choke. The win handed him his first victory since early 2018, snapping a four-fight skid.
